- You booked twice and you want to be refunded for the second booking
- You canceled your booking but you haven’t received your refund yet
- There was no reservation upon arrival at the hotel

If there was an issue on our side such as incorrect hotel details or a wrong location, contact us here. For compensation, please provide us with the following:
- The booking confirmation
- The cancelation confirmation
- The email address connected to your PayPal account or your banking details. We’re also going to need the name of the account holder and the name and address of your bank.
